Percents means out of 100 and is also another name for hundredths. Percents can be represented by a picture, decimal, and/or fraction. Percents could also be combined with other percents.

Great video Duyen, It was very neat and easy to read. I liked how you showwed the meaning of the percents and the problems. Next time though try to put less of the flashing colors and the written part of the video should also be colorful.
