Raelynn's Pythagoras Scribe Post

6cm to 8 cm

Formula:
a² + b² = c²
6² + 8² = c²
(6x6) + (8x8) = c²
36 + 64 = c² a
100² cm = c²
√100² = √cm²
10 = c ?

Question: How is 10 larger?
a) 36 + 64 = 100 (opinion.)

15cm to 8cm

a² + b² = c²
15² + 8² = c²
(15x15) + (8x8) = c²
225 + 64 = c² a
289² cm = c²
√289² = √cm²
17cm = c²

  2. Great job Raelynn! You talked about everything we did in math class today, great diagrams. Thanks for putting the effort to write down the show you know questions on your post, that could be helpful for students who have a hard time accsessing the textbook website. The video you posted wasn't exactly what we talked about in class, but it was still helpful and ineresting. Again, great post!

  3. Great post, Raelynn! How you explained everything about what we did in class was great, and I liked how you changed the font colors for the formulas and the important words. The video was quite helpful in my opinion, and the pictures were well drawn, too. Oh, and thanks for posting up the homework, since I didn't get the other part down for both of them. Once again, great job!
