Shane's Pay it Forward

Part 1:
"Pay it Forward" is a movie about a boy named Trevor, who is just starting Junior High. In his Social Studies class, his teacher, Mr. Simonet has asked him and his class about what they can do to change the world. Trevor had an idea of helping 3 people, and then telling those 3 to help another 3 and vice versa. He isn't expecting anything in return, but he's telling them to pass it on to more and more people.

Part 2:

What I did as my act of kindness, is that I decided to give my neighbors food suplies. We have a lot of food suplies hiding in our cabinet. We don't need all of those, so I decided to give it to our neighbors.

I chose this activity, because I want to help my neighbors and other people. We don't need lot of foods, so instead of throwing it, I give it to them.

I did this act of kindness on December 20, 2010 right after school. That's my only chance I got to this project.

Part 3:

My act of kindness turned out very well, and I wasn't expecting that alot of people are willing to pay me. I got some great comments from my neighbors. I didn't manage to take a video, because I'm on rush. One of my neighbor is asking me if I was going to recieve money after doing this. I said "No, I'm paying it forward. And she touch my cheeks, grab my hands and tell me that "You're a nice girl. Keep doing this kind of things. And have a great Holliday." And then she smiled and close the door. After that, I felt verry happy for what I was doing to help my neighbor.

Part 4:

The idea of paying it forward is important, because it can make a difference in someone's life, as well as the community and environment around you.

  5. What a kindful act you had Shane! You give food supplies to your neighbor. I think the food you gave to them will be happy because they will be eaten after hiding in your cabinet. Just kidding. Good job.
