Vincent's Pay It Forward

Part 1
The movie "Pay It Forward" was about a boy named Trevor was given an assignment by his teacher Mr. Simonet. Mr. Simonet wanted them to change the world in some way. Trevor's idea of changing the world was that he helps 3 people and each of those people help another 3 people and so on. Even though he thought it didn't work out, it actually does.

Part 2

What was your Pay It Forward act of kindness?
My Pay It Forward act of kindness was that my friends and I give out candy canes to people we either know or don't know.

Why did you choose this activity?
We chose this activity because we wanted to let people know about Pay It Forward by making cards to that says it.

Who did you help?
We didn't really help anybody because we were giving the candy canes randomly.

What did you do?
We got small pieces of paper and we put Pay It Forward on each one. After that, we added why we are doing this and what Pay It Forward is. When all the cards were finished, we added candy canes. When that was done, we went around our neighborhoods and gave them to people we know or strangers.

When did you do you act of kindness?
We did our act of kindness on December 18th, 2010 from 2:00 to 6:00 P.M.

Part 3

How did your act of kindness go?
Our act of kindness went kinda well, we did get a few people to take the cards. These two guys that we met really seemed to enjoy what we were doing which made me feel really nice.

What Happened?
When we were gonna give the cards out, we left them on cars or in mailboxes. We also went up to some people if they wanted one, about one third of them took them, while the others didn't want them :/

How did you feel?
I felt really good doing this because I want people to now what Pay It Forward is and hopefully they'll Pay It Forward.

How did the person or people react?
Some of the people were really interested about this. On the other hand, some people had the same expression they had when we asked them if they wanted the cards.

Did you ask the person or people to "Pay It Forward"?
We told most of them to Pay It Forward when we gave them the cards.

How did they react to your request?
Most of them reacted kinda confused because they might have not known what we meant.

If you did not ask the person to "Pay It Forward" how come?
We might have not asked them because they didn't seem like they wanted to or we might have forgotten.

Part 4

Why is the idea of "Pay it Forward" important?
The idea Pay It Forward is important because helping people is a way of showing that you care and you want to make a difference. Even the smallest things can make a difference like giving out candy canes or giving out cards.

Has your act of kindness made a difference?
I don't know if our act of kindness made a difference but I hope it has made one to all the people that we gave one or found one.
